Hi, it really depends on why it is offline. Please can you go to the Deployment Status page and check this ActiveGate there.

 This was due to chromium version update drawback. Ideally it should have auto upgraded with AG's update for my case it was not. Hence, it stopped responding. Ticket - 255061
