AIX/PowerPC Ethernet Commands for NIC detection

Dear All,

Which command is used by Dynatrace to know the interface settings?
Is this the #ethtool or #nmcli? As we know the #ethtool command deprecated for rhel8.

We need to know this because the AIX/PowerPC NIC detection is showing the wrong labeling (it is showing 1GB, whereas the actual is 10GB). Due to the said situation, it also generates false positive alerts related to NIC utilization.

Regards,
Babar

Not an AIX expert, but those are Linux tools . AIX uses different tools such as lsattr. See here.

Hello @Julius_Loman

It seems I did not ask for a piece of proper information in the first comments. Basically, the rhel8.6 is running on the PowerPC architecture.

Babar
