Accessibility Feature Implementation

Did anyone implement the accessibility feature in the corporate/enterprise applications? Similarly, Dynatrace offers its web/mob applications. The following link is for reference.

Dynatrace aspires to be accessible for everyone. There is no specific accessibility feature that you need to implement.

We were building accessibility features in our mobile app for banking client using reference of below documentation as standard. We initiated with Easy icons (easily understand the purpose) with hyperlinks also audio guidance for people with visual issues.
