If Oneagent is used for monitoring an App during Load Test of 1 hr, 2 hrs etc a couple of times in week, will the problem detection feature work?
What are the recommendations for using Oneagent in Load / Performance Testing stage?

The OneAgent of course works as expected. It is rather independent from baselining features and problem detection of the Dynatrace server. All analysis and code level analysis would work. All Custom alerts, infrastructure and threshold based alerts would work and the problem detection would of course also work.
The automatic request level baselining might deliver less then optimal results on such short windows as it wouldn't have enough data to learn the behaviour of the app, however this might not be required for a LoadTest environment, Adhoc Analysis and threshold based alerts might be good enough.
If you want to leverage the full artificial intelligence of Dynatrace it is recommended to have a more continous load test environment. However this should be considered an improvement it is not necessary for Dynatrace to deliver its value.
