setting a tag from a request attribute isn't available at this time. You can but in a RFE for it though 🙂

@Avinash97, even though you can't set a tag specifically for a request attribute, what are you trying to do exactly? Because you can do a lot of different things with request attributes like filtering based on if they exist, and what their value is.

hi @danielD,

In our case we have requests that has the root context of the application in the own request.
Ex: /service_name/request
where request is /context_root/rest_of_the_request
This kind of requests come from generic service used by several applications. So it's not an option for us changing the detection rules.
So we've captured the context using a request attribute. And now we want to tag the elements with this context. Using this request attribute in a MZ is also necessary for us although it's neither possible for the time being.

There is this product idea created which is on planned state.

Any idea to get that we need?

Thanks in advance, Daniel.

Regards,
Elena.
