Is it correct that the metric in `dt.service.request.response_time` measures the end-to-end response time?
For example, if there is a load balancer between the web service and the browser,
does the load balancer's response time get included?

Hi @Taihei,
dt.service.request.response_time is not an end-to-end user response time metric.
It only measures the server-side time of the service as seen by Dynatrace.
If the load balancer is not monitored or not part of the PurePath, its processing time is not included.
Only components that appear in the trace contribute to this metric.
For true end-to-end user experience, you need RUM metrics instead.
