Will OpenPipeline increase the costs for customers (ingest more data or store more metadata)?

OpenPipeline doesn’t result in extra cost for the ingested data. Ingested, retained and queried data is charged according to the rate card of the customer.
Note: If a processing rule is dropping/filtering out data, ingest is charged, as the data has already reached the Dynatrace platform and incurs processing resources..
Ingest volume is calculated when a data record reaches Dynatrace – which is happening before the OpenPipeline processing starts. Retain volume is depended on the size of the record as it lands in Grail.
There’s no difference regarding cost between DPS or classic licensing.
