Dynatrace App in ServiceNow Store can be installed on Dev instances?

Hi,

I saw in https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/integratio... that a Dev ServiceNow instance is mentioned (dev23082).

I tried to install Dynatrace App in a Dev instance and I couldn't (ServiceNow Stores blocked).

Is there any way to install Dyna App in a personal Dev instance?

Our actual ServiceNow app is available on Github. Simply open the ServiceNow studio and import from repository by giving it the github project URL:

Ok...I figured out the Studio part and the Import part, but I'm not seeing Dynatrace under Content Management in SN. If I attempt to Publish the application in Studio, I'm not allowed to in my DEV instance. How do I activate the plugin? @Rene Abdon S. - how did you get this to work?

As far as I know the app is already active when you imported it from Github through studio. Did you check in main ServiceNow search navigaion to find the Dynatrace menu?

I had to put it into a private Github repository as this auto generated repo does not offer the ability to add a regular license file. I can invite you to the repo as a early access user, just send me an email and I will grant your Github user access.

I have been trying this today as well. I am not sure this will work with only a developer version of ServiceNow.

We had to make the ServiceNow Dynatrace app Git repository private because of the lack of a license file within the repository.
