Dynatrace SaaS - Disaster Recovery plan

Hi Team, a customer of mine is wondering a bit more details regarding the Dynatrace DR strategy.
Document found here: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/data-security-controls#data-backups-and-disaster-recovery

Can someone confirm that this includes all "configuration" as well? For example, GEN3 apps, Dashboards, and notebooks as an example? I am assuming this goes into the 24-hour recovery if the worst-case scenario happens. Thanks in advance!

I’m interested in hearing any responses. In a managed installation, the backup/restore feature doesn’t include any 1, 5-minute interval data or trace data. I’m wondering if this is similar for SaaS. Also, how often is a DR performed? During a DR event, we had to recycle our AGs to establish a connection to the new cluster with the same DNS to resume operations. Is this the same for SaaS?

Thanks in advance,
Raj

Why not use Monaco as part of your overall DR strategy?

https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/configuration-as-code

Dynatrace Configuration as Code provides Observability as Code and Security as Code to fully automate configuration of the Dynatrace platform at any scale, from automating the standard configuration of all your Dynatrace environments to meeting specific demands for individual environments.

https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/configuration-as-code-commands#download

The download command lets you download configurations from a Dynatrace environment as Dynatrace Monaco CLI files. Use this feature to avoid starting from scratch when using the Dynatrace Monaco CLI.

You can also use Monaco to migrate from a managed installation to a SaaS
