No, unfortunately. Processing of SQL queries is performed by the relational database, the database decides if there is a need for a full table scan. As applications are not aware of that, Dynatrace Oneagent cannot capture such information.
For Oracle, the Dynatrace Oracle Insights will help you as it will allow you to see the most consuming statements and download execution plans.

Thank you for your comments. We are monitoring several databases through Oracle Insights but there are 100s of databases, so I was looking at the subject option to alert the respective teams for their necessary actions.
