Host Units License Locking - Critical Servers

Is it possible to lock Host Units to critical Servers to prevent any impact of being thrown out of Monitoring if suddenly someone adds additional RAM to other servers or On-boards additional servers and therefore consumption or Quota Limit is exceeded.

We want to be able to lock in Host Units to some Host Groups or a subset of servers being crtitical.

Unfortunately, it is not possible, I think this randomness is intentional, if you talk to your Account manager he can grant you HU hours until you normalize the license. When I face the same I created a ticket under license category  and they also escalate to your AM. It is the fastest way in my experience.
