A New Managed Server has joined the cluster, after that a new Active Gate is deployed.

Roughly how long would it takes for the old existing OneAgent to know the existence of this new Active Gate?

This is normally pretty fast (definitely within minutes). As soon as the gateway connects, the list of endpoints gets updated on every agent.
