How to add Dynatrace SaaS to the IP range White List?

MaximilianoML

Hello guys,
Short story, we have a Splunk Cloud instance and a Dynatrace Tenant (SaaS).
I developed a custom App, with Dynatrace Toolkit, this app has an App function that is calling the Splunk API, with the properly bearer Token, when running locally I put my own IP (temporally) on the Allow list to Search Head API Access and works, but when I deploy the app doesn't work of course. For Azure, for example, we put their IP range to allow and worked fine.

Where can we find this IP range or there another way to active the same result?

Thanks,

There is unfortunately no way to get a list of public IP addresses where the app functions (generally Gen3 platform) runs.
If you want it to be executed from a certain location, then you can use EdgeConnect for that. More on this https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/Automations/Dynatrace-SaaS-IP-for-triggering-workflow-actions/m-p...
