How to avoid 4xx and 5xx errors getting recorded in maintenance window

I want to ignore all the 4xx and 5xx errors getting recorded in maintenance window

It's in the configuration itself.
Few steps I suggest that might help.
Firstly, we have to select the option "Disable problem detection during Maintenance." so that a problem record will not appear even when Davis detects the issue.

We have to identify the service/process that you have to supress the alerts for. If that's in a management zone it's really easy. 
When you select Add Filter you should be seeing option to select the management zone.

If your service/process is not a part of management zone then you have to select that manually from the filter above. If it is a request that you want to suppress this alerts for then you can add something like this and select your Request id from optional ME(Monitored Entity) id.

Note: You will find this ME id in the url box when you navigate to that request in your environment it would be something like "SERVICE_METHOD-XXXXXXXXX".

Hi @Maheedhar_T 

We have already tried this but still the 4xx and 5xx errors are getting recorded in distributed traces of the service.
