Hi,
We have a customer who recently launched a new version of their mobile app. Currently, both the old and new versions are available to end users. As groups of customers gradually migrate to the new version, they are receiving "Mobile unexpected low usage" alarms.
How can we handle or temporarily suspend these alarms in this situation?

You can disable/adjust this alert in the Mobile App settings , under Anomaly detection, Unexpected low load.
