Log Events into Dynatrace problem?

I have tried searching for a good thread on this, not found it, so posting here.

I have a set of log events, of which I know what are the events that start a problem, and the ones that close it.

Which is the best way to raise & close a Dynatrace problem, from two distinct type of log entries?

This is in a Managed environment...

Hi,

I would say Log events (Classic).

@AntonPineiro,

Yes, I use Log events, they are great for opening problems, but how does one say that this type of log entries, close the problem raised by other type of log entries?

Hi,

If I am able to understand your requirement correctly, I do not see a way to do it.

I hope someone could answer better than mine but looks like a RFE.

Best regards

My previous client wanted this too, but we couldn't. an RFE for now is all we can do.

DT Workflows will be a way to solve this.
