Monitoring Host Units per Management Zone

Hi, is it possible to monitoring licence HU per Management Zone?

Yes it is 🙂 On the left hand side select "Deployment Status" - you can also set your MZ before select that from the side menu or after.  you might need to toggle off the "Show new Oneagent Deployments, if the host was deployed a while ago. 

If you want to automate this you can also leverage the Dynatrace API and grab host details by Management Zone and then slice and dice the info as needed in a tool like Power BI

If you need also history of HU consumption per node or MZ, take a look at this simple script which provides you with a consumption metric and you are able to chart it on dashboards in Dynatrace UI as well:
