Hi,
I had to install oneAgent once on a host machine for my first monitoring environment without any problem.
I had to create another environment with different email account and download oneAgent linked to it to install in the same machine after uninstalling the first version installed but I have this problem: failed to connect to port 443
but the installation was successful
Please what can I do ?

The easier was is to check the One agent logs in error on /var/log/dynatrace/oneagent or ActiveGate logs and identify the exceptions encountered.
Are you able to do a telnet https://{environmentid}.live.dynatrace.com 443 from your host ?
Do you have a proxy where allowing the domain *.live.dynatrace.com ?
Otherwise you could contact chat support with the exceptions identified on agent logs.
