Hello everyone,
I'm asking this out of curiosity in case any of you have experienced a similar situation.
For example, if a customer decides not to purchase a DEM license yet, and only buys a Host Unit license initially.
From the Host Unit purchase, we can use full-stack monitoring and capture request attributes. For instance, in the Easytravel example, we can capture values for Destination and Revenue from the request attributes.
So, can we optimize business insights from this data?
For example, can we create a dashboard that displays a list of revenues over a specific time period?
Is it possible to create these metrics using Multidimensional Analysis, or is there another way to achieve this scenario?
Thank you.

Hi,
After creating the Request Attribute,
Yes you can create calculated metrics based on, and created a view on Data explorer pin to Dashboard.
Or, you can also filter your Multidimensional Analysis to split add more complexity to your search and create metric to use in Dashboard (Data explorer)

You need to create calculated service metrics.
Doc: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/calculated-service-metric
If you're looking to do it through the MDA, here's a video on Dynatrace University that mentions it: Multidimensional Analysis | On Demand | Dynatrace University
Just note that topology filters (called by / calls to) are not supported for calculated service metrics.
