In our SaaS environment (new user interface), the chat functionality is missing. In Dynatrace Managed, there was the option to activate/deactivate it in the Management Console. How can we get the chat button back in SaaS? Is it possible to activate/deactivate it in SaaS?

Hello! In the new interface, the live chat is available in the Support resources.
Select Support in the lower-left corner to display links to support resources

I assume it should be in this list...does it need to be activated?

You have to open a support case to have it activated.
In our case, it was the way we solved it.
