To this day, still confused on licensing a bit - What is the actual cost of a host unit?

We have Dynatrace SaaS and each time I think I finally have the licensing model figured out, I find something else confusing about it. I know that a Host Unit is based memory and that for every 16GB of installed memory is equal to 1 Host Unit.

Where my confusion comes in is this Host Unit hour thing. I guess I am not clear even after looking at all the documentation I can find on the difference. I do not understand what difference is or relationship is between every 16GB of memory equaling 1 Host Unit and Host Unit Hours.

Are they the same?

What does one have to do with the other?
