Tune alerts for MTM Host Availability Monitoring

We're getting alerts from Dynatrace for MTM Host Availability Monitoring, when we looked upon we see the host is 100% available during the period.

I'm trying to understand on what basis we receive the alerts from Dynatrace monitoring & the options to fine tune this alerts

Hello,
Are you seeing that the host is 100% available in Dynatrace? Dynatrace sends this alert out when either it detects a host has been abruptly shut down or when Dynatrace loses the network connection to the hosts OneAgent.

To my knowledge, the only options available for fine tuning this alert are to change the settings shown in the photo below:

Or to disable the default anomaly detection and create a custom alert for host availability.
