Since yesterday I'm not able to log into your support ticketing system anymore.
Is somebody else facing that problem?

When I try to reset the password I get a mail with the following message:
This user account is managed in an external User
Directory and JIRA is not able to update your password.
Please contact your System Administrator if you have any
When checking your subscription it turned out that you do not have a free trial or bought a product. That's why you cannot login to the support portal.
Well I hope not, as we are paying AppMon Customer and have a Dynatrace trial 😉
But I'm also in Contact with @Robert L., maybe he can find out more details.
