What does the metric mean?

Who can explain what metric on screenshot mean?

- physical meaning of the metric?

- what influences this metric, how can we improve it?

- aftermath

My colleague sayed that metric indicates the cases where the agent couldn't resolve this request from the server. This could be  because of the process the agent is running in, is already shut down again, and  this often happens in short-lived processes and can't be prevented. But how I can understand wnat process in my system could be shrot-live, how long this process should be lived, to be considered long-lived?

- what influences this metric, how can we improve it? - This is when there is not proper meta data against that entity which the oneagent can capture

Process can be capture with some metrics such as Process CPU consumption, refer similar threads
