What is the meaning Offline for X minutes on an entity (Services, Process) ?

When does an entity (process, services ) go from "last call X minutes ago" to "offline for X minutes" ?

Last call... means that the entity is available but was not called since the specified time.

Offline for... means that the entity is not available/offline since the specified time.

Does offline mean a process or a service is not monitored ? Or aprocess or a service is stopped ?

You can check the availability section of the process to see if it was running, shutdown (gracefully or not) or unmonitored:

I'm not 100% sure if the same states are reflected in the status for the under the process/service name or if it always shows offline if not available regardless of the reason.
