I think the subject is rather clear. We use monaco extensively to achieve the config-as-code principal and to maintain all our environments for our customers.
However, more and more API's are now replaced or supported by the new settings API. This is great but still not supported in monaco 1.8.x
I know that version 2 of monaco is supposed to support this, but it is not yet available.
Does someone have an ETA on this. Or an early adopter version. I would be glad to check it out.

I have heard that the new monaco is coming out in jan 2023. Although some official news from Dynatrace would be good. And I would love a sneak preview if possible. Don't mind the early-bird bugs.

I have also been told the same (early 2023). Maybe this will be announced on Perform maybe also under a different name. I've been checking the other branches on github, also there were some PR attempts for Settings 2.0 support about a year ago, but nothing since then.

Any news on this? It's early 2023 already 😉
