Hi,
I have received a question from our customer about ownership of the performance data.
Could you tell me who is the owner of the performance data retrieved by OneAgent and saved in SaaS tenant? Dynatrace(as a corporation) or the user?
The data includes not only metrics but the name of hosts, service, process, request and so on.
Thanks, Noah

Here's an excerpt:
GDPR differentiates between data controllers and data processors.
Dynatrace data is encrypted end-to-end during sending from OneAgent's to the cluster and encrypted at rest.

I found what I want in the End-User terms.
1.4 “Customer Data” means all data submitted, stored, posted, displayed, or otherwise transmitted by or on behalf of Customer or any User and received and analyzed by the SaaS Services.
12.3 Customer Data. As between Dynatrace and Customer, all right, title and interest in the Customer Data and all Intellectual Property Rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by Customer. Customer hereby grants to Dynatrace a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the Customer Data and perform all acts with respect to the Customer Data as may be necessary for Dynatrace to provide any Dynatrace Offerings to Customer, subject to compliance by
Dynatrace with its confidentiality obligations under Section 16 (Confidentiality).
