We have succesfully installed OneAgent on Windows Server 2008 but we are not getting Throughput, IOPS and latency metrics for a storage volume as you can see in the attached image, Why? what do we need to do to get those metrics for the storage volume?

Dynatrace is creating user during installation, it has to have permissions to all performance counters on OS level.

So, you mean that I have to set permissions for counters for Dynatrace user "dtuser"?

Dynatrace is reading such metrics only mostly from windows perfomence counters. So this is only idea I have 🙂

Hi Alejandro,
dtuser is added to "Performance Monitor users" group during the installation, this should allow OneAgent to read data from performance counters.
Missing data may have several root causes, not necessarily related to permissions, although this is one of the possibilities. I'd recommend that you open a support ticket so that we can follow up with a proper investigation.
