Workarounds for placing Key Requests in Maintenance Mode?

Hi team,

Has anyone successfully placed a specific Key Request into maintenance mode? I’m currently unable to do this directly.

I am aware that I can adjust thresholds or mute the specific request, but I am looking for a true maintenance mode solution if one exists.

Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Hi,

I would say mute request.

Or as it is key request, swith off failure rate and anomaly detection settings only for that key request.

Exactly what I was thinking but wanted to confirm with others.

you can prolly expand what @AntonPineiro outlined and make a workflow to execute the "turn back on" action.

Great question!

Thanks to you both.

Next question - maybe I should put in a separate post:

How about otel and end points.  No option for muting or key requests.

good point, Otel - is that data feeding into a custom entity? - if so, you should be able to target that

-Chad

yes, endpoint.  part of span.

Let me make a separate post for this since it is different
