Hello
Somebody van help me with a description of the Dynatrace Software as service include, for example.
A cloud instance with XXX porcentage of availability, reply in other Datacenter, % of SLA, etc... , is for costumer that need that needs to include all this information in the contract.

Hi, thanks, i have this document, but what im really looking for is a description of what includes the Saas service for the costumer, obviuosly one part is the Sla, but the description of the services is waht im looking for. Anyway tahnks for the answer

So SaaS means that everything is hosted by Dynatrace, you just access the platform. That means you dont need any servers to host the cluster. But there are some draw backs as they now control storage, where if you were a managed customer, you can control all the storage and length, but you are providing the technology that it lives on.
