Hi,
A basic starting point would be using Dynatrace default groups.
But more granulity can be done using policies also.
Best regards

Hi,
I need to provide a tenant admin user who can configure custom metrics, set up alerts, and enable RUM on the dashboards for both our backend and frontend applications. Currently, when they attempt to configure these settings, they are prompted for Global admin privileges.
To maintain security and prevent the same admin view from being visible across other tenants, I want to ensure the user has the appropriate permissions without granting full global admin access.
Could you please assist in creating or configuring a tenant-specific admin user with the necessary permissions?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards,

Hi @Cliffordwilban
The request seems simple, but it could be complex.
Dynatrace is working for best practices for roles and permissions; this will be available soon for a public.
But know, I recommend reviewing more information about permissions.
Here : https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/account-management-iam
Or use the default groups that best suit your needs.
I hope it's helpful 💪
