This tell me how to install the oneagent for PPC BE Linux and I already did.

Now I need to set up an host group and usually I do it via oneagentctl.

Does the onagentctl exist also for this kind of oneagent installation?

As the PPC-BE is a PaaS agent version only, it does not support oneagentctl neither host groups. It's the same as for Solaris. I think I remember this being on the roadmap, maybe @Bartosz G. will share some info.
