A large number of count difference between the frontend and backend

Dear All,

We have a situation where there is an enormous count difference between key user actions and the funnel. The following screenshot represents yesterday's data.

Also, the application support team & backend teams confirmed that an average of 1000+ users are completing these sequential actions, but in the screenshot, we can see the difference between 100 and 5.2 percent.

Note: There is no RUM data dropping.

Hi,

Is RUM configured to catch 100% of user sessions?

Hi,

Some exclusion by IP?

I would check also application rules, in case some paths are not matching same application (My Web Application, for example)?

Best regards
