How is the Apdex rate calculated ? Which values are taken into account to operate the rating ?

Hi Alban,


The main factors influencing the Apdex rating of a User Action are the Key Performance Metric Threshold and the presence of JavaScript/HTTP errors.

Both of these can be changed from the Application Settings:
