Apdex Unknown

A uses session has many XHR actions as Unknown for the Apdex.

This is a currently known issue. This is caused, because your selected Key Performance Metric is not available for these user actions. For example, if you choose Visually Complete but the user session is coming from an old browser not supporting the mutation observer API, Dynatrace can't create the Visually Complete metric and can't calculate the Apdex.
We are working on a fallback.

We are getting all 4 Apdex categories like Satisfied,Tolerated,Frustrated,Unknown.

What is meaning of Unknown?
