Exclude Chat box from visual complete metrics calculation

Hi,

We need to exclude certain css selector from visual complete metrics calculation to show the real metrics to the leadership.

Tried below options in dynatrace but didn't work as per the document, so need further assistance on this

• Using an ID: The most reliable selector is typically the ID .
• Using a class: If there is no ID, use a class selector. You may need to use a more specific selector if the class is not unique.

I am not a 100% sure if this is what you're looking for, but for web applications (in the app settings) you can exclude specific URLs (for example the ones of pictures) or ignore specific mutations. 

I usually just inspect my website to see what works best for specific elements.
