Has anyone done Workday SAAS application integration with Dynatrace?

I need to integrate dynatrace with Workday HCM whic SaaS based solution. Anyone has done this kind of setup before?

I have not done such an integration, but looking at the architecture this leaves two options in my opinion:

@radek_jasinski Thanks for your message, Browser extension was the perfect solution but Dynatrace is going to stop supporitng Browser extension from Jan 2024 (https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/Real-User-Monitoring/Support-ending-for-the-Chrome-and-MS-Edge-br...)

Agentless monitoring was last solution but client doesn't want to add any script into this html files. Not sure with this circumstances what is the best solution to fix this monitoring.

Hi @tijust1 ,

As @radek_jasinski suggested for SaaS solutions the integrations would be Agentless RUM.

As the extension for Chromium is being deprecated, you can look at either Synthetics to check status of the workday platform. Running HTTP checks, User Journeys etc.

Or another way you can get details from Workday is to use their Rest API.
