How Dynatrace calculates Conversion rate?

How Dynatrace calculates Conversion rate? Course that is based on Conversion Goal but divided by what? Users? Visits? Page Views?

That'll be calculated based on the number of sessions (i.e. visits) that met one of your conversion goals divided by the total number of completed sessions.

And how can I check that?

You could probably use custom charting (or the User sessions view) to compare the metrics for converted sessions to ended sessions and do some calculations off of that to make sure it is close to your conversion rate like so and then compare it to the conversion rate which is also available as a metric in custom charts. My quick test in our demo environment looks to be right (8/35 = 35%).
