Hi guys,

Customer asks to place in dashboard link to all the user sessions that got key user action with http 5xx.

We have tried from USQL to fetch Mobile UA with errors - no success

We have tried to create server side RA on response status in order to create a metric - no success

Any suggestion how to address this request ?

Thanks in advance for your inputs

All the best and stay safe

I think the only way is to look at the data from either an application level view, or service view and then drill in from there.

Hi @ChadTurner

Yep, this will show timings of those UA with HTTP 5xx , but the request here is to get a list of those UAs in order to figure out which users was harm by this error...... right now its look like all the information is at hand but we cannot stich it together 🤔

Yeah, I dont think they are linked together nicely in Dynatrace. We will need an RFE for that.
