How to set multiple Cluster ActiveGates with same domain and certificate for Dynatrace Managed?

The remondation from documentation for high load external monitoring data is:

"For high-load, production-ready installations with external hosts, applicationss, sessions, and synthetic monitoring, it's recommended that you set up two load-balanced Cluster ActiveGates with the same domain name and certificate. "

So we are planning to install 2 cluster ActiveGates, so how do we do this configuration in the cluster? we want to use Dynatrace provided certificates.

Generally if installer provided by dynatrace cluster should have all configuration you need. Do you have own domain and certificate or it's default one with let's encrypt certificate?
