Are there any configuration changes that you've done in the past 5 days that could have affected this issue? A decrease in the user session count could be due to a variety of factors and we may need more information to be able to assist or fix this issue.
If and where possible, considering no sensitive data is shared, it would be useful to be able to provide some kind of a traceback to what may have changed (logs, settings, etc.) or a screenshot to show what's happening. You could also potentially bring this up with Dynatrace One to start troubleshooting the issue if needed.
