No logs for iOS instrumentation

Hi all,

We have instrumented an iOS application with Dynatrace following the wizard, but no user sessions/actions are recorded. We tried to check the logs, but there is no information. The DTXLogLevel configuration key is set to "ALL", as a string, but we get the message "log level set to off". Check the information in the screenshots.

How can I fix this issue to throubleshoot the instrumentation?
