Problems Flagged Out in 'Applications' Dashboard but not in Problem Dashboard

In the applications, I did see there is this event of user action degradation highlighted (the user browser there is also highlighted in red color).

But I wonder why no problems tiles is raised?

Did you check on the same application within the problems tile above if it shows a 'Frequent issue'?

Hi Wolfgang,

I did check on the problems/event of this application itself, there is indeed a lot of 'user action duration degradation' event.

But the combination of 'XHR and Chrome 72' is not a frequent issue.
