Response time monitoring between different servers

Hi,

we have 2 set of servers; one is external, where we don't have access and second is application servers, where we have control. When the client initiates the web requests in the browser, 

Web requests --> External servers (Linux) --> Application Server/Internal server (Linux)--> Database.

I am trying to find out the response time between External server and Internal servers. Please could you help me?

You need to compare the client-side response time on the service or request on the Application servers to the server-side response time. If your external servers do not have oneagent installed, you won't see the client-side metrics.
