see which page a user session is currently on?

Hi All, I'm trying to simulate something like the live users tile but for a specific page within the application. The only way I have been able to achieve this is by using separate detection rules/app. Can I achieve this by setting Conversion goal with that page as a destination, will it show live users who have converted? 

I want to show how many live users are on a specific page without separating that page out of the app.

Exactly, the conversion goals were introduced for such a purpose. It will show you the percentage of how many sessions reach a certain page destination or a useraction. This works even for live session. It does not necessarily mean they have right now the page opened in the browser.
