VPN Users' Sessions Detection

Is there a way to know the users in the users' sessions who are using the VPN to access the mobile and web applications?

Depends on the VPN you are using. Typically for VPN you have a dedicated IP range and you can specify a location for that range.

We are looking at this for a general analysis, particularly the customers having a user ID and unknown users regardless of the types of VPN.

I doubt so. Generally you cannot distinguish VPN or non-VPN users on application level. The solution must fit your specific VPN then. As I wrote above, typically VPN users have a dedicated IP range or go through a gateway or proxy server to reach your apps.
