dtCookies are not stable , they are getting deleted

Hi ,

RUM agent is injecting but i am not seeing E2E complete user interactions , dtCookies are not stable and they are getting deleted.

How can we make sure the below cookies are stable and pass for each request.

Hi,

First, we need to identify who is deleting the Dynatrace cookies. If it is a WAF/Firewall, you should request a firewall rule to allow them. You can find more information here: Firewall Constraints for RUM.

Additionally, I suggest opening a support ticket.
