How to check who is enabling/disabling the synthetic monitor

Hello,

We've granted an admin right to a particular group and we're seeing some of the synthetics are getting enable and disabled.

In order to validate who is making the change is there a possibility (from UI as well as API).? There are no rename.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Munawar

This is available in the latest Dynatrace with the Synthetic App. You can already see who made updates for NAM and HTTP monitors in the Changes tile. For example, I just enabled and disabled this monitor.

This will be added for Browser Monitors next year, so for now you would need to use the Audit API for them.

Hello @HannahM

Thank you!

Another peculiar case, our synthetics are getting enabled automatically from disabled state (HTTPS) but nothing in the logs on the app it shows the creation date only.

Is there an another place to validate?

Thanks

Munawar

That is odd. I would expect it to show for NAM and HTTP Monitors. Please ask on chat or create a support ticket to investigate.
