SSL certificate management problem

While trying to push the "Enable management of domain name SSL certificates" in the " Manage domain name and SSL certificates" in the Public endpoint tab, it came back to disable.

Actually as a dynatrace user asked in a previous question, the Activegate on the infrastructure of my company have an expiring date, "Sep 27, 2019".

So my question is how can I let Dynatrace handle the certificates of the Activegate ?

Hi @Gilles D.,

certificates are renewed 14 days before expiration time. So there is still some time to refresh that. The behavior you are writing about looks like a permission issue or a license limitation. I'd contact our support team to investigate your case individually and clear any concern.
