Synthetic-Browser monitor issue

Dear Team,

We are using Dynatrace SaaS!

We have two account, and we are migrating synthetics from one environment to another! 

We have exported the synthetic .jason script from one environment and imported it into another environment.

It is working fine in that environment from where we have exported but while importing it in new environment getting below screen post setting up synthetic.

URL we have Imported don't need any login credentials it's a simple URL.

Request you to please let us know why we are getting this error and how will fix it?

Are you using private synthetic locations or public? 
If private, please check certificates and proxy configuration on the ActiveGate.

In both the environment we are using private AGs with no proxy!

However we are able to setup/import other synthetics and they working fine as expected but we are facing this issue with couple of URLs while setting up/import synthetic browser monitor.

Check if you have a custom certificate in your AG https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/activegate-configuration-ssl

 

Thanks, As I have checked the configurations of one private AG
in custom.properties file only these sections are available.

Do I need to add these entries? if yes, what password should I give? the one which we have used earlier?

Looks like you have a custom certificate with a password. Someone in your organization should provide you with this certificate and the pass.
